Networks of predicted targets of miR-96-5p downregulated in idiopathic inflammatory myopathy patients compared to controls QIAGEN’s Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) ‘microRNA target filter’ predicted mRNA targets of miR-96-5p which are downregulated in RNA sequencing of whole blood from (a) polymyositis (PM) (n = 7) and (b) anti-Jo1 positive PM and dermatomyositis (DM) samples (n = 5) compared to controls (n = 5).
