The frequencies of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) (a), neutrophils (b), eosinophils (c), and basophils (d) were investigated in healthy blood donors (HBD) and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies associated vasculitides (AAV) patients using flow cytometry. PMNs were gated based on forward and side scatter, neutrophils as CD14CD16+ from the PMNs, eosinophils as CD16Siglec-8+ PMNs and the basophils were gated as side scatter low and CD193+ cells. Two-sided Mann-Whitney test was used to calculate the level of significance. Values are reported as median ± IQR
